How quickly can we use a first dashboard productively?
A first dashboard is often usable after a few weeks – depending on data quality and the number of connected systems. We work iteratively and deliver early visible results.
Which data sources can be connected?
Common systems such as ERP (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), construction software such as RIB iTWO, MS Project, SharePoint, Excel, SQL databases and REST APIs. We also consolidate heterogeneous sources into one data model.
Do we need our own Power BI licences?
Usually Power BI Pro or Premium licences are required. We advise on the right licence model and support the roll-out.
How do you ensure data quality and governance?
Through clean Power Query pipelines, clear naming conventions, documented DAX measures and automated quality checks. If needed we add a lightweight governance model.
Can we take over and develop existing dashboards?
Yes. We review your existing reports in a structured way, consolidate data models and develop your dashboards further – without rebuilding everything.
